How does it work?

Once you sign up for the Elite Member Program, your Dermal Renu Anti-Aging Skin Care System will automatically be delivered at the frequency you have selected. Your credit card on file will automatically be billed when the system is shipped. Only credit card payments are accepted. Free shipping is ONLY offered on ground shipments. Changes and Cancelations

Updating Delivery Frequency
You can change how frequently you receive your scheduled shipment at any time in your My Account settings. If you have any questions on how to update your shipment frequency please email customerrelations@dermalrenu.com. As a courtesy, you will be receiving an email update of your account information to review and make any necessary changes. We must receive your change request 3 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment date.

Change of Payment Information
You can change your credit card information at any time. Please contact customer relations to update your credit card information by phone or email customerrelations@dermalrenu.com. As a courtesy, you will be receiving an email update of your account information to review and make any necessary changes. We must receive your change request at least 1 day prior to your next scheduled shipment date.

Cancelling your Auto-Ship account

You can choose to cancel your membership at any time without penalty. Please contact customer relations to cancel by phone or email customerrelations@dermalrenu.com. We must receive your request 5-7 days prior to your next scheduled shipment.
