you sign up for the Elite Member Program, your Dermal Renu Anti-Aging
Skin
Care System will automatically be delivered at the frequency you have
selected. Your credit card on file will automatically be billed when
the system is shipped. Only credit card payments are accepted.
Free shipping is
ONLY
offered on ground shipments. No rush or priority methods are included
in the free shipping offer. For further details, please view our
shipping policy.
The Elite Member program is only available to individuals looking to sign-up to receive the Anti-Aging Skin Care System on a reoccuring basis.
Updating
Delivery Frequency
You can change how frequently you receive your scheduled shipment at
any time in your My Account settings. If you have any questions on how
to update your shipment frequency please

As a courtesy, you will be receiving an email update of your account
information to review and make any necessary changes. We must receive
your change request 3 business days prior to your next scheduled
shipment date.
Change of Payment Information
You can change your credit card information at any time. Please contact
customer relations to update your credit card information by phone or
email
customerrelations@dermalrenu.com.
As a courtesy, you will be receiving an email update of your account
information to review and make any necessary changes. We must receive
your change request at least 1 day prior to your next scheduled
shipment date.
You
can choose to cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
Simply login to your account and remove your auto-ship item from your Elite Member account, or please contact customer relations to cancel by phone or email
customerrelations@dermalrenu.com.
We must receive your request 5-7 days prior to your next scheduled
shipment. If your shipment goes out without a 5-7 day cancellation notification any refusal of delivery will result in a $50 charge for restocking fees and your liability for the cost of shipping.
